Director

Nancy's experience includes crisis and distress support with a trauma informed approach. Nancy uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative and a solution focused techniques to support with symptoms of depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress (PTSD). Nancy is currently supporting adults as well as children and youth from 7-18 years of age. Nancy also has experience working with children and families, as well as supporting parents with obtaining strategies for children diagnosed with ADHD.
Emma Boire

Emma studied early childhood education, and worked with children for 6 years as an early childhood educator. She has ample experience working with individuals with disabilities, ranging from autism to acquired and traumatic brain injury. Emma believes that obtaining mental wellness requires balance and self-reflection. She has a warm and approachable demeanor and can incorporate a variety of therapeutic interventions that are tailored to her client's needs. These include client-centered, solution focused, narrative therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.

This includes a combination of solution-focused, goal oriented and CBT techniques to help my clients achieve their goals. As a child of immigrant parents with Middle Eastern heritage, I bring a personal understanding of the nuanced dynamics that arise within diverse cultural contexts.

Jodi-Ann works with adults, individuals, couples, and groups, including BIPOC and LGBTQ clients, using a non-judgmental and empathetic approach tailored to your needs. Jodi-Ann's goal is to support your personal growth and overall well being.

Inspired primarily by the Humanistic approaches to therapy, Adriene takes a person-centred approach and believes that clients inherently possess the abilities to positively change their lives. With over 15 years of experience in education, primarily as a teacher and Principal, with neurodiverse teens and young adults she has been able to empathize and provide support with inclusivity. She works to guide clients toward understanding their values, achieving their goals and reaching a more peaceful and balanced state.
